Results can only be as accurate as the standard curves used to extrapolate concentration measurements. Immunoassays and Bioassays require more sophisticated measures of curve fit, because the standard curves generated are not linear. As such, traditional linear regression measures of fit, such as R² are not as effective. Brendan's StatLIAŽ provides powerful, well-referenced metrics for non-linear data.
